STARTERS

- Grilled Merguez sausages, feta cheese & segmented orange salad
- Steamed mussels with garlic, shallots, parsley, white wine & cream
- Deep fried goat cheese, caramelised onion, rocket, balsamic glaze (V)
MAINS
- Roast Chicken breast, dauphinoise potato, wild mushroom sauce
- Pan-fried Calf’s liver, caramelised onion & red wine jus, chive mashed potato
- Grilled fillet of Sea-bass, braised fennel & spinach, dill Pernod sauce & celeriac purée
- Wild mushroom risotto, rocket pesto, parmesan shavings
- Sirloin steak, mixed salad, hand cut French fries,
- peppercorn sauce

- Pistachio crème brulée
- Apple sablé, salted caramel ice-cream
